Our network is all about community and collaboration. Members are invited each year to ENCON to explore the latest trends impacting real estate. Our event is unique in the fact that we not only provide the latest strategies, but also the method to execute them on our platform.

This year’s theme is “Leading the Nation: One Lead at a Time” and will focus on quality lead generation through the tools available on our platform, improved target marketing, and by leveraging the relationships within our network. Attendees deal with similar challenges, and ENCON provides the space to ask questions, get involved, and learn from each other’s experiences face-to-face.

 

Agent Day

As agents in The Enterprise Network, you have the tools needed to stand out in a competitive market. But how are you using that to your advantage? Building on the success of ENCON, we will be hosting an Agent Summit exclusively for agents in our network to discuss how to leverage our platform to generate quality leads and increase business.

Agents will hear firsthand from platform developers, marketing experts and their peers how to better leverage the tools available through our network. Agents will walk away with a clear plan of implementation for how to use our technology to make their daily workflow more efficient, how to harness the power of CRM to stay in front of clients and manage tasks, how to balance their online and offline marketing efforts, and so much more.

 

Awards Gala

To wrap up this year’s event, we are hosting our Awards Gala following the Agent Summit where we will recognize outstanding agents in our network who have demonstrated strong leadership skills and excellence in business. Awards range from best agent website to best social media strategy and will be evaluated by a board of members.

This black-tie event is open to both brokers and agents. This is a great opportunity to network with other like-minded real estate professionals over dinner, drinks and great conversation. We hope you can join us as we celebrate the amazing achievements of our agents who are setting the bar in the industry.

Wil Reynolds

Wil has made an unforgettable impact on the SEO and online marketing community. Over the past 13 years, Wil Reynolds has dedicated himself to doing two things well: driving traffic to sites from search engines and analyzing the impact that traffic has on the bottom line of companies.

Wil’s career began at a web marketing agency in 1999, where he spearheaded the SEO strategies for companies like Barnes & Noble, Disney, Harman Kardon, Debeers, Doubleclick, Hotjobs, and Mercedes Benz USA. For the last 6 years, Wil and his team have been assisting clients in maximizing their visibility and sales in both SEO and SEM.

Coining the term #RCS (Real Company S*#$), Wil shares tactics for creating remarkable content and discusses how being a resource for your community can help attract new leads.
